If you are interested in placing a Custom Order for one of our adorable Diaper Wreaths, you've come to the right place! Please only fill out and submit this form if you are serious about ordering. You can view our payment and shipping page here for questions regarding shipping methods and costs.
Once we receive your completed Custom Order Form, we will contact you via the email address you provide with any questions we may have and the total cost of your Diaper Wreath plus shipping. Custom Diaper Wreaths vary in price from approximately $40 to $70 depending upon items used, not necessarily size of wreath. Shipping and handling is approximately $13 in addition to the price of the Diaper Wreath.
