Payments and Sales

~~ All payments are required up front when purchasing a product or placing a custom order from our website.

~~ Customers can purchase our pre-made adorable Diaper Wreaths directly from the product page. Transactions are handled securely through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required. All major credit cards are accepted.

~~ Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are also accepted. Diaper Wreath purchases will not be processed until your Money Order or Cashier's Check arrives. When mailing, please include a note with your full name, address, and requested product. Send Money Order and Cashier Checks payments to:

~~ If you would like a pre-made Diaper Wreath and plan on mailing a Money Order or Cashier's Check, please contact us to let us know which wreath you want. At that point, we will place 'your' Diaper Wreath on 'pending sale.' If we do not receive your payment in the mail within 5 business days, the Diaper Wreath will be made available for sale to the general public.
Shipping and Delivery

~~ We will hand deliver free of charge our Diaper Wreaths locally within a 10 mile radius. Payment is required at the time of your order and not at the time of delivery. For pre-made wreaths, hand delivery will be made within 5 business days. For Custom Orders, an agreed upon hand delivery date will be discussed at the time of order and purchase. Hand deliveries will only be made to private residences. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if we deem the delivery environment is too unsafe.

~~ Our wreaths are also available for pickup if you so choose.

~~ We mail within the United States. Wreaths will be nicely and securely packaged and will be mailed either Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or FedEX. Premade Diaper Wreaths will be mailed to you or the gift recipient within 5 business days. Custom ordered Diaper Wreaths will be mailed during an agreed upon date at the time of order and purchase.

~~ I now offer FREE SHIPPING within the continental USA.

~~ If you absolutely must have one of my beautiful wreaths, I would consider shipping Priority Mail International to Australia and the United Kingdom. I would need to charge a shipping fee due to the high cost of shipping to these countries. Shipping cost to Australia is $49 and to the United Kingdom is $43. Once shipped, you can typically expect your wreath to arrive in 6 to 10 business days. If you are in one of these countries and would like to purchase a Diaper Wreath, please contact us for a payment invoice and instructions.

~~ Heartstrings Creations can ship directly to the gift recipient! Just email us with the full name and address of where you'd like your Diaper Wreath to go. We'll even include a personalized gift card from you!
